Conscious management that delivers world class customer service experience. I would like to specifically thank Tyler in the service department for helping me recalibrate my Lexus RX’s windshield. This is a tough one, Lexus at the auto mall (where I purchased my car) is great, and this branch (speedway) is equally impressive. I guess I will buy another Lexus, so I can ho to both lol.

I test drove 3 cars at Lexus on Speedway with Fernando, who is a very fantastic salesman and after talking with him- a nice guy too! The Lexus buying experience was new to me. Lexus takes care of their customers. I walked out with a gorgeous car, a dozen roses, a huge smile on my face, and a reliable, comfortable, safe, snd gorgeous vehicle that will last 250,000+ miles while retaining value and quality. Bells and whistles is an understatement. I recommend that before you go, you look on their website to see what they have to get an idea of their stock and what you want. Drive as many as you can. But note that once you get into a Lexus- you’ll likely never want to drive anything else! Lexus of Tucson on speedway is an excellent choice for overall car buying experience: great cars, nice people, 5 star service!

I have been in the Lexus owner family for 26 years. I worked with Blake recently as I navigated the different SUV options available for sale. I have owned a GX (recently) and RX in the past...but today there are different models and trim lines to choose from. I mention this because I met Blake on three different days to test drive RXs, a TX, and a GX. I ended up purchasing a RX 350 sport handling at Speedway. Blake was very patient, personable, and extremely willing to spend time with me during my evaluation of the different vehicles and options. And, if he did not know an answer to a question, he was sure to get one. This is my 5th Lexus vehicle and there is are reasons I continue to stay with Lexus...I trust the brand, I trust the people, and I know I will be taken care. I would highly recommend Blake as a sales consultant. I also want to give a shout out to Brain Ogule, my service advisor at the Automall location. He is fabulous to work with, quick to follow up, and knows what he is talking about when it comes times to Lexus service. You really cannot go wrong with when it comes time to purchasing a Lexus.

Blake Manalisay (Sales Consultant) is the reason we purchased our vehicle yesterday! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Blake was attentive from start to finish. My wife and I had all our questions answered and we never felt pressured to buy. Our vehicle was brought into the showroom under the lights so that we could get a better look at the exterior and interior. This was by far the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership! Tyler and Dave Quick were also professional and easy to work with.
